Galectin-3 兔单克隆抗体
Galectin-3是一种分子量为30kDa蛋白质,也是与β-半乳糖结合的凝集素家族成员之一。Galectin-3在各种器官和组织中表达，但在正常肝细胞中明显缺失。Galectin-3的异常表达与乳腺癌，结肠癌和甲状腺癌的恶性转化和转移有关。有研究资料显示与CK19、HBME-1和CITED1联用，可用于甲状腺滤泡性腺瘤、滤泡性癌和乳头状癌的鉴别诊断。
