CD15 重组鼠单克隆抗体
CD15抗原也称X-半抗原，存在于包括嗜中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞在内的90%以上的粒细胞中，少部分存在于单核细胞中。在几乎所有的慢性髓性白血病（CML）CD15阳性，急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）极少表达。R-S细胞和单核霍奇金细胞中，80%的经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤CD15阳性表达。该抗体主要用于霍奇金淋巴瘤和粒细胞肉瘤的诊断。
