MDM2 兔单克隆抗体
MDM2是分子量为90KD的磷酸化蛋白同源物，能与突变型和野生型p53结合，抑制p53介导的反式活化作用，使p53失活，MDM2扩增与肿瘤转移密切相关，MDM2的高表达常见于一些软组织肉瘤，骨肉瘤和高度恶性胶质瘤。
