精原细胞瘤SALL4（BP6245）染色
SALL4 兔单克隆抗体
锌指纹结构转录因子，负责调节胚胎干细胞的自我更新，是许多肿瘤中的关键基因，在胚胎发育过程中起重要作用，为干细胞标记及肿瘤胚胎蛋白，与AFP类似。SALL4是精原细胞瘤和卵巢原始生殖细胞肿瘤敏感和特异的标记物，同时也是浸润性肝细胞癌类祖亚型的标志物，可作为肝细胞癌靶向治疗的潜在靶点。主要用于生殖细胞肿瘤的诊断，胃肝样癌与肝细胞癌的鉴别，卵巢卵黄囊瘤与透明细胞癌的鉴别诊断。
